Stephanie Aud

Steph Jo Aud is a 500ryt in Columbus, Ohio, and the co-owner of Wild Root Yoga Columbus in Clintonville, Ohio. She is YACEP, eMBER, Sekoia, and Reiki level 2 certified, with Singing Bowls level 4 Sound Healing training and Thai Yoga Massage level 2 training. She co-leads the 200 hour yoga teacher training at Wild Root Yoga Columbus, and leads retreats both locally and internationally. Currently, Steph Jo teaches vinyasa flow, slow and gentle vinyasa, restorative, deep stretch, and specialty class with the yoga wheel prop and sound-off headphones.
