I’m a 200-hour YTT certified yoga teacher with an additional 40 hours training in Yin Yoga, bringing over 15 years of personal practice and a dedicated teaching approach since 2020.
Yoga has been a transformative space in my life; one where movement, mindfulness, and inward focus come together to release stress, build resilience, and create a deeper sense of balance. That experience shapes the way I guide others, with intention, presence, and a focus on both physical and mental well-being.
I’m passionate about creating meaningful connections and sharing yoga in a way that feels accessible and empowering. I love encouraging clients to explore, try something new, and meet themselves exactly where they are. Whether working with individuals or groups, I aim to create an environment that feels both supportive and refined, where clients can unwind and recharge.
