Why Cycling?

I found my voice upon a bike, I found a girl I didn’t know existed.

You ask why cycling and  the the only honest way to answer that is to show you. It can take you anywhere you want to go you just have to believe in yourself.

Favourite Food..

I’ll need to to break it down for you:

Seared venison loin scaloppini, sour cherries, pickled ginger, balsamic vinegar and green peppercorns.  Served with roasted butternut squash cannelloni

Paired with Blue Mountain Pino Blanc

Ya can find it at Il Terazzo in Victoria BC.  Down a cobble stone alley, I urge you to sit fire side on the patio any season. Take you time savour the moment.
