Michelle has taught yoga and group fitness classes in the United States and Europe since 2010. She is an active duty military spouse, mom to three boys and rescue pup, and a music education professor.
What she loves most about teaching fitness is empowering students to be their best versions of themselves. Her specialties include: vinyasa, power, sculpt, and restorative yoga.
She currently teaches at Life Time and YogaSix.
