Elite Shaier is a retired schoolteacher of twenty years’ experience, a ceramic artist, author, and a yoga instructor. She completed the 200-hour Yoga Alliance course and is CPR certified and fully insured. She currently teaches Power, Slow, and Gentle classes at Gruvn Yoga, Marietta, GA.
