I’m a certified Yoga and soon-to-be Pilates instructor with a unique path that began in mining engineering and evolved into movement, mindfulness, and connection.
After a fulfilling career as a mining engineer, I chose to follow a deeper calling — helping others reconnect with their bodies and find balance from within. Since April 2024, I’ve been teaching yoga with a grounded, supportive, and accessible approach.
I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, along with 60 hours in Yin Yoga, and I will be a certified Pilates instructor in June 2026. I teach a variety of styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Chair Yoga, and Pilates, making my classes accessible to all levels and abilities.
My teaching blends precision, awareness, and a deep respect for the body. I focus on alignment, breath, and functional strength to create space for both stability and release.
I believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive space where movement is adaptable to every body, encouraging students to build confidence, ease, and awareness at their own pace.
Grounded, intuitive, and inclusive, I aim to offer classes that are both empowering and deeply nourishing — meeting people exactly where they are.
Because it’s never too late to move, breathe, and feel fully alive.
