Monica Campbell is a warm, welcoming yoga teacher who believes yoga is for every body. She began her yoga journey in 2006 to relieve lower back pain, but quickly discovered it was much more than stretching—offering both physical relief and a steadier, more present mind. In her classes, Monica weaves movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and the philosophy of yoga—uniting mind, body, and spirit—to help students find ease in both body and mind. She creates a light-hearted, supportive space where students feel comfortable and empowered, and she offers alternatives to honor each person’s strengths and abilities so every class can feel accessible, uplifting, and connected.
Monica completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018, 75-hour Yin Training in 2019, 500-hour training in 2021, and earned her Sound Healing certification in 2025; she is also a White Light Reiki Master. She also leads yoga teacher trainings (including Yin Yoga) and hosts retreats.
