Nicole Lulis

My Name is Nicole Lulis I reside in Northern California, age 53 and go by Niki! I am an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for racing my motorcycle! I love triathlon's, traveling and anything outdoors! I am raising 2 boys and now and looking to travel more on my own now that they are older!

During college I started racing my mountain bike and entered the gym world to train during spin classes. I love them and knew I wanted to teach!  I joined the group X industry back in 2006 and began teaching cycle classes at our local gym where I worked for 24 Hour Fitness. After many years I took some time off after having my boys and stayed home but missed my teaching and inspiring others to exercise and ride! in 2019 I rejoined the fitness industry. Secured some new certifications and I am now employed by 3 local gyms in our area.  I teach aqua fit, strength classes and cycle! I also am a level 1 NICA coach for mountain biking and support our local team of kids learning to ride. I love every class I teach! Interacting with new people while encouraging them to work harder is my passion!
