Since graduating college, I have been a Fitness Specialist for the past seven years. Personal Training and Group Exercise Instruction are a part of my job duties. I have taught a wide variety of classes, including Kickboxing, Spinning, Spin & Box, Low Impact Step, Core Classes, Yoga, Pilates, Aqua Challenge, PACE Classes for Arthritis, and more. I enjoy teaching people the power of exercise and the many varieties that can be included in an exercise program!
