My name is Larissa Woods I am a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. I have been a fitness enthusiast from the moment I hit my first volleyball in middle school. In high school I participated in Varsity softball, basketball, and volleyball. In college I continued my interest in health and fitness and persued a degree in Health Education from The University of Georgia. Post graduation I became a Certified Health Education Specialist , AFAA Group Fitness instructor, and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I have been working as a fitness instructor for the past 2 years at Georgia Institute of Technology. I have experience teaching Hi/Lo, Kickboxing, Interval Training, Indoor Boot Camp, and Cardio Dance. I enjoy empowering my clients to discover a strength of body and will that they never knew existed.
