I have been (and currently) a group fitness instructor for a small company for over twenty years. Only recently did I obtain AFAA certification for group fitness through a requirement of a larger fitness chain in which I am also currently employed as a fitness instructor. I teach the Les Mills Body Vive format which is a total body workout (cardio, core and strength training) Both workouts for each company are pre-choreographed and run about 55-60minutes each. The cardio portion run approximately 25-30minutes.
