I first began working in fitness just out of high school in 1991 as an aerobics instructor and first workout trainer for Holiday Spa, now Bally Total Fitness in National City, California. I left to receive my Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and worked in the corporate world for several years as a single mother, while remaining an active fitness fanatic. When my daughter was older, I decided to make the switch to working in my passion: Fitness & helping others attain their goals of health. I am an extrovert and love helping others become informed, comfortable and passionate about, as well as successful at reaching their health and fitness goals
