Adam Jameson

I teach Spinning at the Guilderland YMCA in Guilderland, New York. I have developed a reputation as an instructor who encourages riders to focus on their own rides. While I do take them through excellent 1,000 calorie+ workouts, I tend not to yell and scream at them. I do, at times, get off the bike and walk around with individual attention to certain riders. People who regularly attend my classes tell me that they very much like the music. I tend toward rock and country and I do spend a lot of time preparing music for my classes. I'm 45 and married. My wife, Tracy, and I have two children. In my business life, I am Director of Global Business Development for a $1.5 Billion global chemical company. I have a great deal of international experience, and I would be very comfortable teaching people from different cultures.
