I have 2 current programs I am offering for AFAA (and pending ACE credits) for "Perpetual Pump" and "Jump N Jacked". Both are muscle conditioning style classes; PP is continuous motion endurance training and JNJ is an interval program alternating jump rope and weight traing - a high intense workout. I hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering from WPI and have been teaching group fitness since 1990. I began teach waterfitness and moved into land based classes. I am former competitive swimmer, waterskiier, triatalete and fitness competitor.
