Dana Needham

Hello - My name is Dana Needham and I consider myself to be a highly energetic and motivated fitness professional. I'm very passionate about exercise and fitness and have been for most of my life. Currently I run my own fitness company, BodybyDana.com, I handle the day to day business of finding new corporate customers and instructors to teach those classes as well as teaching classes myself. My favorite class to teach would have to be pilates, I find it very beneficial for participants of all fitness levels. I think it would be so fun and rewarding to be able to teach classes while at a beautiful location such as one of the many resorts offered at this site. I love nothing more then making people feel confident and successful after completely one of my classes. The only thing that could make that experience better would to see these people enjoying themselves and relaxing at a beautiful vacation spot.
