Ranae Gunderson

I am a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I've focused mainly on private personal fitness training developing individualized plans for clients based on their unique strength and finess goals. I am also a Registered Dental Hygienist and practice clinically as a temporary Dental Hygienist in the Kalispell, Montana area. I have a passion for running that goes back as far as I can remember. I was involved in track and cross-country as in high school and have trained for and run several marathons and continue to run on a regular basis. I weight train 3-4 days a week and enjoy group spinning classes. I have a passion for fitness and healthy eating that I share with my friends and family. I enjoy hiking, biking, swimming and rollerblading as well as anything else active and outdoors.
