Hello!
I’m Rae Lee,
After giving myself the “gift of fitness†…I began participating in group fitness classes and mentored under a professional dancer.
I was hooked the first class I took!
I gave myself the “gift of certification†and have been teaching group fitness for 8.5 years and loving it!
I currently teach Spinning, Kickboxing, Yoga, Pilates, Bosu Balance Training, Hi-Lo Aerobics, Circuit Training, and WaterARt fitness.
I take great pleasure in working with all ages and fitness levels in the fitness arena be it land or water.
I enjoy helping others reach their fitness goals by offering fun yet challenging cardiovascular sets, muscle-conditioning sets,
core training sets, balance sets, and relaxed deep breathing sets.
It is my desire to help others build self-esteem, create attractiveness, and contribute to their overall organ health through practicing good posture.
By educating others on the proper and safe way to build strength, create flexibility, and increase balance I equip others with the fitness tools needed to contribute to a healthy lifestyle enabling others to be able to perform many daily activities more effectively and with ease, as well as, prevent injury that could occur from an unwanted fall.
