Leslie Abruzzo

I am a certified Zumba and Aqua Zumba instructor with a love for fitness. I have always enjoyed exercise and working with others. I knew all my life that I wanted to help others, and thus pursued a career as a school counselor. However, I wanted to incorporate my passion for helping others with my passion for fitness. Indeed, Zumba has been way for me to do just that. Zumba is so different from any other cardio class I have participated in. Zumba is all about the music, and I think gives participants an opportunity to let go of all insecurities and truly enjoy themselves. Zumba really is a party! I plan on teaching my high school students Zumba and using it as another tool to help them grow and develop into young adults.
