Meredith Chiapello

I began teaching classes at East Carolina University where I also graduated with a degree in Nutrition in 1997. I began teaching classes and personal training in 1997 at The Women's Clun in Virgina where I continue to work as Director of Group Exercise and DIrector of Personal Training. I specialize in working with women of all age groups and ability levels.
