Brad Matushewski

Brad grew up in Saskatchewan, completing his EMT training and 2 undergraduate degrees from the University of Saskatchewan (B.Sc. Honours Physiology and B.Sc. Kin with great distinction). During his time there, Brad worked with many of the varsity teams, providing fitness testing and conditioning for the athletes. From here, Brad moved to Waterloo to complete his M.Sc. in Kinesiology (exercise physiology) and helped develop firefighter fitness testing standards. At last, Brad now lives in London, managing a research lab with the University of Western Ontario and teaching for the Kinesiology department. In addition to spending every spare minute providing personal training for clients and applying much of the knowledge gained from the latest research.
