Beth Thompson

My name is Beth Thompson and I hail from Cannon Falls, Minnesota. I received my Bachelor's Degree on May 17th, 2008 in Exercise and Sport Science - Fitness. I am seeking a position as a traveling yoga instructor, but I also love to teach strength classes, Pilates, Zumba, water aerobics and cardiovascular exercise. I am willing to fill positions in any of those exercise classes, and would love to help out wherever I am needed. I have experiences teaching group exercise at private, corporate, community and non-profit facilities and I loved each one. In my degree, I was required to work a 12-week internship at the Best Buy Corporate Headquarters in the Wellness Zone. There I worked as a Fitness Professional where I promote corporate worksite wellness to the employees of Best Buy. Duties I had were to provide superb customer service to the employees, teach group exercise classes and I assisted in personal training. I worked with clients of different cultures and ages and truly enjoyed providing them with an exercise and wellness service. Please give me a strong consideration because I would bring energy and enthusiasm to this position and would love to teach exercise to vacationers of a resort.
