William Henry

William Henry’s interest in health and fitness began while attending Point Loma Nazarene University. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in May 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. During his time at Point Loma, William worked at a gym in Point Loma as a personal trainer. He gained experience working with clients of all ages in both one on one and group settings. William also earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2007. After graduation, William began working with Dr. Kahl Goldfarb of Water and Sport Physical Therapy at their Downtown San Diego location. During this time, William has developed a greater knowledge of therapeutic, rehabilitative, and preventative exercise. While William enjoys working with all types of clients, his interest is in post physical therapy, preventative, and functional training. William aslo began work as a personal trainer at PureFitness in downtown San Diego. “Dear Will- I just wanted to thank you for designing that fantastic program for me.
