I have worked as a Belly Dance Instructor and it really works your core, and strenghtens your lower back. I also enjoy teaching Aqua aerobics this is a total body workout. When I teach Strip Tease you get an excellent cardio workout and you have a lot of fun. I love teaching stability ball classes which gives an excellent core workout for my students. I enjoy weight lifiting so when it comes to the scuplting classes try to make it challenging and yet enjoyable for everyone. I am also a certified Zumba instructor.
