Tracie Hockaday

I have been teaching group fitness for over 10 years. Step, Hi/Lo and BodyPump are my strengths but I also excel at cycle and personal training and strength training. I am always looking for the opportunity to help others feel good about themselves, no matter what shape they are in - to help them believe that whatever their goal, it is attainable. And especially with group fitness, to have a great time doing it and to feel a sense of accomplishment.
