Katrina Foe

I am a continueing education provider for the Physicalmind Institute, ACE, AFAA and the Pilates Method Alliance. I conduct teacher trainings in Pilates for the Physicalmind Institute and teacher trainings for BOSU. I also teach workshops for Pilates instructors to further their education and get their CECs from ACE, AFAA and the PMA.
