Being a personal trainer, fitness consultant and strength and conditioning coach has allowed me the opportunity to train a wide variety of clients, from beginners to professional athletes. These experiences have given me the knowledge and expertise to designing training programs for anyone. Whether their goal is to improve their health or compete at an elite level.
I believe that exercise should always be safe and enjoyable. Therefore, I strive to prescribe exercises that are both challenging and fun for my clients. I am a firm believer in using music to motivate and inspire my clients. I use music to set the intensity of my training sessions. I believe that music and movement are the perfect partnership and I regularly use dance as a warm up for my training sessions.
My background in coaching provides me with the capability to conduct group circuit classes with a minimal amount of equipment. I utilize calisthenics and flexibility training as an integral part of my training programs. As a coach I am aware of the need for individualized training programs for athletes. I recognize that no two people are the same hence I always create programs that are designed to meet the needs of each client individually.
In my spare time I enjoy dancing and playing soccer. I believe that in order to succeed one must find the optimal balance between; training, rest and relaxation. I always play hard; in the gym, on the beach and at the disco!
