I graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Recreational Therapy. After raising four children, I taught PE in an elementary school for several years and decided to obtain my certification in Senior Fitness. I established my own business six years ago,and currently work in area Assisted Living Facilities, Retirment Communities, the local Senior Center and an area Fitness Club sharing my love and enthusiasm for maintaining health and fitness to the Older Adult Population.
