Having a dance background, starting with ballet as a child, then adding jazz and modern up into my teenage years; my love for movement was extendend and flowed into yoga, which also lead to pilates. I have currently been practicing yoga for 9 years and pilates for 7. I am a certified RYT through Yoga Alliance. Some amazing yogis that I have studied with include: David Swenson, Shiva Rea, Paul Dallagan, Danny Paradise, Lousia Sear and Lucy Roberts. I feel it is important to continue learning and training. That way I am always a student and may also relate more to my students. I strive to always keep my skills fresh and give good instruction which will provide growth. I am also a YogaFit instructor and certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor affiliated with Balanced Bodies.
I have enjoyed traveling and teaching in many countries. I teach a variety of classes and styles. I feel that my passion for movement is naturally given and expressed with a creative feeling of mind/body awareness. I truely believe it is important to embrace life's journeys; taking one breath at a time; while growing, exploring and smiling.
