I am a mother of three children which I home birthed, and home schooled. I am a Doctor, a coach and a trainer and I weight train and do aerobics daily. I am very focused on incorporating exercise in everyone's daily routine and I understand from my experience the necessity to incorporate exercise into maintaining a healthly spine and total body. I love creating fitness programs that are capable of being performed daily even without needing fitness equipment. I have taken spinning, water aerobics, step classes and I currently incorporate exercises from all these areas into the programs I design for the people I coach. I also have extensive 10 years plus exerperience teaching exercise/swiss ball (stability ball) in my private practice and at the local high school. Using the stability ball to exercise with is a simple way to get great results with very low impact.
