After attending high school in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky I received a 4 year college scholarship to play basketball at Barton College in Wilson, NC. There I received a major in sports administration with a minor in athletic training. Since then sports and fitness have become my passion. From coaching college basketball to working as a strength and conditioning coach at the college and professional level. I have worked as a self employed personal trainer for the past nine years. With most of my clients coming from the Old North State Club on Badin Lake in NC. This is the number two ranked club in NC so I am very familiar with training in a resort setting.
