In 2005, after joining a fitness club, I discovered Zumba, a high energy interval workout. With the assistance of a personal trainer, Zumba Classes and eating a well-balanced diet, lost 30 lbs. This accomplishment along with my love for Zumba, inspired me to become a group X instructor and personal trainer. Now I can help motivate others in their fitness journey. In my spare time, I enjoy performing in local community theatre productions. I am outgoing and full of energy.
