I believe that education is crucial in understanding fitness. It is my purpose and passion to explain why an exercise is performed and how it will benefit the individual. In the event an exercise is restricted, I am fully capable of modifications to accomodate the client(s). I have made positive changes to my own body,mind and spirit through chiropractic, massage and exercise it seems easy to motivate anyone and feed my energy to them. As a personal trainer I have experience with many kinds of people, and as a pilates instructor I can mesh the methods for a more complete workout program.
