Jacque Adams

I am currently working toward my degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of West Florida.I am now in Missouri, finishing some classes here and working at the recreational facility in Rolla, MO as an aerobic instructor teaching approximately 6-8 classes/ week. I teach cardio classes, ab- Blasts, step classes, strngth classes, cardio-kickboxing, SPIN, and others. I also work here as a certified personal trainer. I have a worked at the University of West Florida as an exercise instructor. I also attended a 14 week instruction course on group exercise instruction.
