Christina graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training. While pursuing her degree, she became a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at the university's fitness center. During semester breaks, she worked as a Sports Perforance Coach at a private speed, strength, and athletic performance comapny, Lightning Fast Training Systems and continued with them full time after graduation. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She soon began her 15-month education at Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy, and graduated with a cerification in Massage Therapy and Corrective Medical Massage Techniques. In 2003, she started her job as a Director of Strength and Conditioning at the Lawrenceville School in central New Jersey, where she is currently a full-time faculty member. She concurrently taught the following programs at two local fitness and wellness centers: Group Step, Group Power, Group Groove, Pilates Mat and Reformer, and Spinning/Cycle. In 2007, she completed her Masters' Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania, and her Performance Enhancement Specialist certification through National Academy of Sports Medicine. As of 2011, Christina has been working as the Associate Director of Sports Performance at Purdue University. In addition to getting athletes strong and explosive, she is able to share her cycle and pilates expertise with her athletes!
