I have been a fitness enthusiast since I lost 52 pounds through a lifestyle change of diet and exercise in the early 2000's. I have combined my study of the body and mind from massage therapy and psychology from my undergraduate degree to develop a personal training and group fitness style that promotes both emotional and physical well-being. I specialize in assertiveness and empowerment through pole and erotic dancing for fitness, as well as stability and injury prevention in personal training. I excel at step aerobics, bootcamp and spinning, as well as group lifting.
