Lisa Brown

I began teaching group exercise at age 16 and in the past 25 years have been certified/trained in almost all fitness formats. I am currently teaching mostly Zumba classes and am the premier instructor in my area where I introduced Zumba last year. I teach at a local gym as well as on my own where I rent space. I am also a massage therapy school graduate and NPC figure competitor.
