Janet Lee

My name is Janet Lee and I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 12 years. Although my Master's Degree is in Health Management and Exercise Science, my love has always been teaching group exercise classes. I am a certified Health Instructor by the American College of Sports Medicine and Aerobic and Fintess Association of America. I am currently working part-time at a beautiful fitness resort called Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires and feel very comfortable teaching at a resort type setting. I can work with all levels from beginners to athletes and even have experience working with children teaching dance and yoga.
