I am 38 years old, happily married with two daughters ages 9 and 11. I have been actively teaching yoga for over 8 years and practicing for over 12 years. I have been in the fitness world since 16 years of age and have surrounded myself with the latest knowledge and expertise in the field. I recently got my Zumba certification and also have a certificate in Shiatsu Acupressure, although not currently in the massage field any longer, I recently stopped doing massage to start my own home business in creating workshops to empower young teenage girls.
