Fitness Philosophy - I believe that health and fitness is a lifestyle that is mandatory in order to live your best life and reach and maintain your maximum physical and mental goals and challenges. My goal as an instructor is to engage and encourage my clients and develop programs that are enjoyable and effective for each individual. Education and Qualifications - B.S., University of Maryland – Communications First Aid, CPR, & AED Certified ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor Specialty - I have nineteen years of group fitness experience including aerobic, strength, flexibility, spin, yoga and Zumba training and have gained a lot of knowledge and insight working with many different types of people. I am an effective motivator.
