Pam DeMesa has 18 years experience teaching fitness and yoga, including Aqua Fitness. Her teaching styles include advanced yoga, vinyasa, yin, restorative, and aqua yoga—offering something for every body and every mood.
With 500+ hours of Yoga Teacher Training, Mat Pilates certification, and experience as a Personal Training Specialist, Pam’s classes are empowering, fun, and set to your favourite playlists. When she’s not teaching, she’s spending time with her husband, two kids, and dog, or exploring nature through travel.
