My yoga practice opened up as a result of my journey through personal illnesses including cancer x2 in my mid 20's and a long struggle with Mononucleosis. My first class yoga helped me feel like I had prior to my illness. Alive and awakened. I knew it would from that day I wanted to teach until I am 104! My classes combine my knowledge of stress management, visualizations and healing awareness within the body. Teaching others how to manage their emotions and open their body to a broader range of motion expands one's awareness of the bodies ability to heal itself and gives individuals the gift of understanding how to care for themselves. Gaining a sense of control and feeling wonderful inside is a gift I love sharing with the world.
