I discovered Zumba, which is a fusion of dance and aerobic steps to latin music, a few years ago at the Miami Fitness festival. Since then I embraced the Zumba passion and worked hard to become an instructor. Now I enjoy teaching a high energy Zumba classes to a variety of participants in any setting. It can be a private class of 1 or a room of 25+ clients. It can be a high-low interval class or a Zumba Gold class, which is geared toward the non-exerciser and/or senior population. As a highly personable, professional, bi-lingual Spanish instructor, I'm able to communicate with a broad spectrum of international people with my natural latin flavor. I'm not only CPR/AED certified but also carry liability insurance. Currently I'm in the process of studying for the AFAA Group Instructor certification to grow and expand in the world of fitness that I so much enjoy.
