Barani Win is a marathoner and a fitness enthusiast, who passionately teaches various formats in cardio kickboxing, cardio tease/dance, hi-lo aerobics, strength training, step, yoga, and pilates. Her exercise background consists of 6.5 years aerobics instruction, 14 years of learning/training, 19 years of running, in addition to 7 marathons with AFAA and TKB certifications. You can catch her fun, energetic, motivating classes in the Bay Area. Her hobbies involve: flower arranging; exercising, hiking, playing any sports, running, snowboarding, teaching aerobics; enjoying art, music, and other cultures; organizing, reading, writing, sleeping, and traveling.
