Gina DiVincenzo

I was born (April 23, 1974) and raised in Harrisbury, PA. Upon graduation from high school (May 1992) I moved to Philadelphia, PA where I attended Drexel University. I graduated from Drexel (June 1997) with a BS in Business and Marketing and a minor in International Area Studies. During my five years at Drexel I also spent a semester abroad in Madrid, Spain where I attended a local university and completed an internship for a small marketing firm. Immediately after graduation from Drexel, I moved to New Jersey to work for Johnson & Johnson where I worked for seven years. It is in New Jersey where I currently reside with my husband Cliff and my two daughters Carla and Mia. After Carla was born (March 2004) I decided to leave Johnson & Johnson and pursue other career opportunities. This pursuit led me to my current career as a High School Spanish Teacher. I love my job as a Spanish Teacher. However, my true passion is teaching group exercise classes. I currently teach 5-7 classes per week at Can Do Fitness. I have always taught classes in the evening and on weekends even though I have always had another full time job. One of my proudest accomplishments is that I was able to continue teaching group exercise classes throughout both of my pregnancies - right up until the day before both of my children were born. I love being a motivator and making a difference in the lives the class participants. Exercise is a very important part of my life. It's a priority for me on a daily basis. I always make sure I exercise when I travel, especially when I am on vacation. I hope to continue my part-time career as a group exercise instructor for many years to come.
