Debbie Mann received a B.S. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University. She has eighteen years experience as a fitness professional and teaches a variety of yoga, meditation, Pilates and water fitness classes at three health clubs in the Chicago suburbs. Debbie is a certified yoga, Pilates and water fitness instructor. She maintains group fitness certifications through ACE, AFAA, AEA, YogaFit and the PhysicalMind Institute Pilates Method. She has been practicing and teaching yoga, meditation and Pilates for eight years and truly believes in the healing power they provide for the mind and body. She also brings this knowledge and wisdom into her water fitness classes incorporating Ai Chi techniques that promote range of motion, balance, breath awareness and relaxation. Debbie hopes that through her experiences and teachings, it will help inspire others to realize the importance of their own health and well-being in order to live a life filled with joy, happiness and inner peace.
