I have always been very fit and into health and fitness and nutrition and about 4 years ago I decided to get myself to the next level of Figure competitions. The I decided to try teaching a class. I am completely self tought and then decided that I would like to further myself in this field so, I went to school and became certified along with taking some other courses related to the industry.
