Erica McComas

In 2003, I graduated from West Virginia University with a B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Aquatic Therapy. Shortly after graduation, I moved to Ithaca, NY and graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage as a certified massage therapist. My training at FLSM included: foot reflexology, polarity therapy, pregnancy massage, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, aromatherapy, chair massage, kinesthetic awareness through movement, shiatsu, connective tissue therapy and swedish massage. I have since also learned the technique of hot stone massage and lomi lomi massage as well. Also in my place of business we do various body treatments such as mud wraps and body scrubs.
