I love Fitness!
If I could I would work out all day everyday, along with sleeping and eating of course. Unfortunately, real life gets in the way sometimes ; ) Family life, taking care of my fiance and 14 yr old stepdaughter is another full time job.
I love learning and trying new things. There are just not enough hours in a day to try and do everything I would like to do, and do it well! So many sports I would love to try and train in. I love weight lifting, and sport specific training.
I've been watching the Olympics and am so INSPIRED! I was so fired up by the Women Olympic Weightlifters, those Heavyweights KICK BOOTY! & Dara Torres, way to REPRESENT!
I just love challenging myself and pushing my body to continue to grow and change and learn!
There is NO age limit to learning new tricks : )
I think that at 39 years young I just get better and better!
