I have been in the fitness industry for 12 years now. I have done everything in the gyms from babysitting, front desk, managing, sales, personal trainer, and group exercise instructor! I have my bachelor degree in exercise science nutrition and soon to finish my masters in this field. I also have a background in dance. I love the idea of teaching at a vacation spot to bring my expertise to a demographic of people I may never have met without this experience!
