Corrie Schultz

Corrie is currently employed with the Sun Country Health Region as the Physical Activity Coordinator and is licensed as a Certified Personal Trainer by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. She administers fitness assessments and provides information on various aspects of physical activity, fitness and lifestyle. In addition to her employment, Corrie is a fitness leader teaching Step aerobics, Ball Fusion, strength, circuit class, Pilates, flexibility, meditation, and Personal training. Corrie was also instrumental in the development of the Weyburn in motion Committee and exemplifies her strong belief in the importance of being physically active and works diligently to promote that idea in the community. She has an abundance of energy and a wonderful way of working with people of all ages. Corrie maintains her Fitness Leader and Trainer Certification through the Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association. She is a valuable resource to the South East Saskatchewan Association for Culture, Recreation and Sport as a Course Conductor of fitness classes, training prospective Fitness Leaders. Corrie is the winner of the 2007 Fitness Leadership Award for the province of Saskatchewan.
